APCOM is governed by a Governing Board which consists of up to nineteen (19) Directors and an ex-officio member, the Executive Director. The Governing Board (GB) strictly adheres to the guidelines set forth in the APCOM Constitution, with an annual Work Plan approved under the direction of the GB and executed by the Secretariat.

All work of APCOM is guided by the Principles of Good Practice adopted at the RR Consultation in 2006 for all MSM and HIV work in Asia and the Pacific. The APCOM work plan details the duties, responsibilities and objectives of the APCOM agenda. In the interest of transparency, all of the documents mentioned here are available for downloading below, along with the current APCOM budget for 2008-2010.
