Manual Application

To receive a copy of the membership application for manual submission, please use the Contact Us form to send a request to the APCOM Secretariat. Upon receipt of your request the APCOM Secretariat will send you a copy of the application form by mail or a link where you can download the form.

Please fill in the form completely and return it to us by mail, fax or you may scan the completed form and email to the Secretariat. We will notify you once we have received and processed the application.
