Day to day work of APCOM is performed by a small team of professionals recruited and appointed by the Governing Board. With the exception of the Communications Advisor, all positions are compensated.

Executive Director

Senior Management Technical Advisor
The Senior Management Technical Advisor is responsible for fund and resource development, fiscal management coordination and senior management of the Coordinator/Executive Director. This position is a part-time consultancy and is confirmed by the Board.
Executive Management and Website Consultant
The Executive Management and Website Consultant assists in the executive management of APCOM operations including the set up of transparent management systems during start up, communication needs of the organisation (including website creation and month-to-month management) and resource development. This consultant position is located in Bangkok, Thailand, for closer proximity to regionally-based supporters, partners, donors and key leadership organisations. The position is a grant-supported, part-time consultancy position that is confirmed by the Board.
Communications Advisor
A volunteer position, the APCOM Communications Advisor supports the organization in its communications, advocacy and outreach activities across the wide spectrum of media. The position is appointed by the Board.
